Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid South Carolina Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience in school-based, home health, or broader healthcare OT settings preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with educators and support staff
• Ability to create engaging, individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique needs
• Commitment to promoting student participation, confidence, and daily life skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students in a school-based environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, working closely with teachers, families, and school teams
• Document progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
• Educate caregivers and school personnel on adaptive techniques and intervention strategies
• Provide direct and consultative OT services, supporting students academic and functional development
