• Assess students functional performance and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in small groups, fostering participation and independence in school routines
• Document evaluation results, progress notes, and IEP reports in compliance with school/district guidelines
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student strategies and accommodations
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in occupational therapy to support student outcomes
• Stay current with educational policies and therapy innovations to promote best practices
