Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads preferred
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for students across grades K-12
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with faculty, parents, and support staff
- Strong organizational abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized and group occupational therapy interventions to support students motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student participation and progress within the classroom
- Create and modify learning environments and classroom materials to promote student accessibility and success
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting in compliance with school and state policies
