Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads preferred
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for students across grades K-12

• Strong organizational abilities and a solution-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized and group occupational therapy interventions to support students motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student participation and progress within the classroom
• Create and modify learning environments and classroom materials to promote student accessibility and success
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting in compliance with school and state policies
