Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services in school settings (K-12 preferred)
• Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), documentation, and compliance in educational environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and school personnel
• Ability to travel on-site and provide hands-on support to students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators and staff to implement student-specific strategies in the classroom
• Support students goals related to fine motor skills, self-regulation, and classroom participation
• Maintain timely documentation and contribute to the IEP process
• Engage in team meetings and professional development as part of a multidisciplinary staff
