This full-time contract role offers the chance to deliver valuable occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population across two welcoming locations: a Montessori school and a high school in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in school-based OT or COTA roles is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and adolescents of varying abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services tailored to each students IEP
• Provide direct and consultative services across two school settings
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions to help students access the school curriculum
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
• Serve as a resource to teachers and families on strategies to foster student success
