Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure (or eligibility) in Montana
• Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Flexible, positive, and solution-focused approach to diverse challenges
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and special education processes a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities
• Develop and execute therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations on student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and support personnel
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, sessions, and progress
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to boost participation in classroom and daily activities
