Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Ohio
- Relevant credentials/certifications for school-based practice
- Experience with K-8th grade caseloads is ideal
- Ability to work flexibly across 2-5 days per week, with 16-28 hours/week
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of 12-15 students, K-8th grade
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment goals, and adapt interventions to meet student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support students functional skills
- Maintain ongoing documentation and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
- Deliver services at one or more schools within the region
