Strong organizational habits will be an asset, as maintaining a weekly timelog for Director approval is essential for time tracking and compensation.

What were looking for:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with school-based experience
  • Deep understanding of evaluation and supervision processes in school settings
  • Familiarity with ESPED (IEP System) is required
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with COTAs and other team members
  • Meticulous attention to documentation, including managing weekly timelogs
  • Adaptability to move between school sites in a small district
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to the full contract period through 5/21/27
