An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support students within a school setting in Grand Island, NE. This role focuses on enhancing student development through targeted therapeutic interventions, promoting independence, and improving functional abilities in the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide therapeutic services to students to support physical, sensory, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student success.
- Ensure compliance with educational and therapy regulations and standards.
