This contract position runs from the start of the school year until Thanksgiving break of the 2026-2027 academic year. What were looking for:

• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license (required; unsupervised role)
• Experience in school settings or with students preferred
• Familiarity with supporting students presenting diverse behavioral and developmental needs
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites

Your responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Assess students motor skills and functional capabilities to inform treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
• Document and track student progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
• Travel between sites (Orchard, Oakridge, and Ravenna) during the school week
