Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in North Dakota (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide therapy services to students with a range of abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in line with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and parents to maximize student success
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of assessments and progress notes
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional development activities
• Adapt and modify activities and environments to support student participation
• Educate staff and families on strategies to foster students' independence and functional skills
