A contracted occupational therapy position is available working with students aged 3 to 22 with moderate to severe disabilities in a K-12 school setting located in Gonzales, LA. This role supports approximately 71 students across six schools, including five elementary schools (K-6) and one high school (7-12). Services are provided onsite only, with no virtual options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals for assigned caseload.
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services as required.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in Louisiana.
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 educational setting.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 70 students with diverse needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, onsite only
