Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience in a healthcare, pediatric, or educational setting preferred
• Proficiency in school OT assessments, interventions, and documentation
• Strong commitment to supporting students of all abilities
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Adaptable, organized, and proactive approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEP/504 plans
• Evaluate and document students needs and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop strategies for success
• Participate in eligibility and planning meetings
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with school and state requirements
