Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CO Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in school-based OT strongly preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students fine motor, sensory, and self-care needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans aligned with students IEPs
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student participation and progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress reviews
• Provide consultative support and in-classroom strategies to educators and families
