With a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, youll collaborate with professionals and families to shape each students success story.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough screenings and skilled assessments of students with varying needs
• Interpreting assessment results and sharing meaningful insights with the educational team and families
• Engaging in the evaluation process to guide service recommendations for students
• Effectively communicating findings and recommendations to IEP teams and parents
• Developing, implementing, and closely monitoring individualized IEPs and/or 504 plans
• Providing direct occupational therapy services tailored to student needs
• Collaborating with teachers and supporting COTAs, if assigned, to maximize student outcomes

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of school-based therapy processes, including IEP and 504 plan development
• Strong assessment, data interpretation, and report-writing skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
