Qualifications:

  • Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license
  • IVP fingerprint clearance card (required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-8 students
  • Assess students to determine functional abilities and intervention needs

  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
