Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- IVP fingerprint clearance card (required)
- Experience working with K-8th grade students preferred
- Skills in adapting therapeutic strategies within school environments
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-8 students
- Assess students to determine functional abilities and intervention needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
- Adapt interventions for both group and individual sessions within the school setting
