Step into a dynamic contract opportunity making a meaningful impact within elementary Autism program classrooms for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role requires 22.5 hours per week across Monday through Friday, providing essential direct services to students in specialized settings. The assignment spans from ASAP through June 2027, supporting approximately 50 students across five classrooms within three school buildings.

Candidates may be either a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Youll collaborate with dedicated teams to deliver hands-on therapy, playing a vital role in student development and daily functioning skills. What Youll Bring:

• Active state licensure as an OT or COTA
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
• Understanding of direct service models, particularly for students with Autism
• Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Flexibility to travel between three designated school buildings as needed

Core Duties Include:

• Delivering direct OT services to students, with a primary focus on autism-specific supports
• Collaborating with educators and staff to tailor interventions and ensure consistency
• Documenting therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Contributing to IEP meetings and planning, as needed
