This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, utilizing a collaborative workload model designed for efficiency and meaningful student impact. As an Occupational Therapist, youll manage a caseload of approximately 40 to 60 studentsserving both direct treatment and consult-only students, typically providing 60 minutes of therapy per student monthly. Supervision of 1 to 2 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience in school-based OT or related pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with COTAs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to a diverse student caseload
• Implement individualized treatment plans and consult with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate records and document treatment progress
• Supervise 12 COTAs within the workload model
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
