Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy licensure
- IVP fingerprint clearance card (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
- Adaptability to meet a diverse range of student needs across multiple locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full spectrum of occupational therapy services for students in Pre-K to 12th grade
- Evaluate students abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement interventions directly and through collaboration with educational teams
- Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy plans to accommodate diverse learning and physical needs
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and caregivers
