For the 2026-2027 academic year, four full-time, in-person contract positions are available near Gig Harbor, WA. You'll make a direct difference in the educational journeys of students, collaborating with dedicated professionals in a welcoming environment that values growth and innovation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Washington ESA certification
  • Valid WA OT license
  • Fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
  • Experience working in pediatric, school-based, or related settings highly valued
  • Flexibility to serve various grade bands as determined by student needs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Enthusiasm for working in-person with students and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students according to IEP requirements
  • Maintain comprehensive therapy records and progress notes
  • Collaborate with special education and general education staff, as well as families, to optimize student support plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings to provide insight and contribute to tailored intervention strategies
  • Adapt interventions to diverse student needs across a range of grade levels
  • Educate and empower teachers and caregivers on best practices to aid student progress
