Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license valid for practice
  • Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, as stipulated by individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments to identify students needs and track progress
  • Develop goal-oriented therapy plans focused on academic achievement and functional independence
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and session notes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student support
