Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience working in school settings across various grade levels preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, goal setting, and progress reporting
• Ability to adapt interventions for students with diverse needs and abilities
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Organized, flexible, and able to manage a caseload efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students needs and strengths
• Develop individual intervention plans based on assessment results and IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy and consult with educators for classroom-based supports
• Monitor, document, and report student progress toward OT objectives
• Actively contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear recommendations and updates
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages student independence and participation
