As a contracted Occupational Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated educators and families to create impactful, individualized treatment plans for students across a variety of age groups.

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state or immediate eligibility
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students abilities and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to optimize participation and daily living skills
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in both one-on-one and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support classroom and home carryover of therapeutic strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to help establish goals and document progress
• Maintain thorough and timely records compliant with state and federal education regulations
