Key qualifications:

  • Active Maryland SLP license is required
  • Experience with various settings, such as school-based, home health, teletherapy, and general healthcare
  • Background working with K-12 populations
  • Comfort with a caseload that includes a mixture of disabilities (approximately 25 students)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
  • Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment for all learners
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
