Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license (independent practice; no supervision provided)
- Background as a school-based OT preferred
- Comfortable working with various behavioral and developmental disabilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students across multiple campuses
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy interventions
- Partner with educational teams for IEP and care planning
- Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide support and resources to families and staff
