Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT license for the state (or eligibility by start date)
• Previous experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
• Expertise in developing and implementing IEPs and therapeutic interventions
• Ability to work effectively with students across K-12 grade levels
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Flexibility in collaborating with various school staff, families, and service providers

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct and consultative services for students with diverse needs
• Work with classroom teachers to adapt lessons and environments, supporting accessibility and student participation
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input on student goals, progress, and strategies
• Foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages student development and independence
