Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Certification as a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability to various school environments and a passion for empowering young people

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students needs and develop customized intervention plans
• Provide therapy sessions individually and in groups, focusing on improving fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
