Job Description

This full-time contract position is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support K-12 students in a school setting. Based in Fremont, CA, this onsite role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide specialized therapy services that enhance students' learning and daily functioning. The contract is scheduled from ASAP through May 29, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid California Occupational Therapist license
  • Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred
  • Ability to work onsite full-time during school hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff
