Job Description
A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for a K-12 school setting in Fremont, CA. This onsite contract opportunity runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026, offering a chance to support students across all grade levels with diverse therapeutic needs. The role requires a California Licensed OT dedicated to delivering high-quality occupational therapy services within an educational environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and educational staff to develop and implement effective therapy plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with applicable regulations
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to a supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapist license is mandatory
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a school community
- Ability to manage a full caseload and maintain flexible scheduling to meet student needs
