Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a K-12 educational setting in Fremont, CA. This contract position is scheduled to begin as soon as possible and may continue through the end of February. The role involves working onsite at two school locationsone elementary and one middle schoolwith a caseload of up to 55 students, currently serving 48.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language evaluations and providing direct therapy to students
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and participating in IEP meetings as required
  • Managing a caseload efficiently within the outlined schedule

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license is required
  • Experience working in school settings is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a comprehensive caseload across multiple sites

This position offers a consistent schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
