What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services according to IEPs
• Complete student assessments and evaluations to identify needs
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for therapeutic progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education professionals, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain clear and accurate records, ensuring compliance with all state and district requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and progress monitoring
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing challenges, and promote student independence in school settings

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Virginia OT license or eligibility to obtain one
• NBCOT certification
• Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit

Schedule & Structure:

• Full-time hours (e.g., 37.5 hours/week)
• Follows the school district calendar, including holidays and breaks
