As an integral member of the education team, youll manage a balanced caseload across multiple school sites and collaborate closely with educators and families. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing individualized interventions that foster student success in both academic and functional skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Virginia (or eligibility for VA licensure)
• Recent experience in a school-based setting, preferably working with K-12 students
• Solid foundation in conducting assessments, evaluations, and delivering direct therapy
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and engaging with multidisciplinary teams

In this role, you will:

• Complete assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility for OT services
• Develop and deliver individualized and group therapy in accordance with IEP goals
• Document all services and progress per school guidelines
• Collaborate continuously with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Travel between assigned schools as needed within the district

This contract offers a full-time schedule37.5 hours per weekthroughout the 20262027 school year, supporting a dynamic team that values your contributions and expertise.
