Located near Franklin, MA, this position offers a stable 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, working with young learners to develop functional skills that support their academic and social success.
What you bring:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
- Previous school-based OT experience, particularly at the elementary level (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the unique needs of elementary-aged children
- Ability to adapt interventions to a variety of individual needs and learning styles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
What youll do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and family members
- Document progress and adjust plans to support ongoing student growth
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development as needed
- Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative support within the school environment
