Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support elementary school students in Fort Smith, Arkansas for the 20262027 school year. This is a school-based opportunity working directly with students to support their educational participation and development.

Occupational Therapist Job Details

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Location: Fort Smith, AR
• Setting: Elementary School
• Schedule: Full-time
• Pay: Approximately $45$55/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Start: 20262027 school year

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary students
• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services as appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other related-service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records

Occupational Therapist Requirements

• Active Arkansas Occupational Therapy license
• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
