In this role, youll collaborate with educators, other therapy providers, and families to deliver individualized support to students across various grade levels. What were seeking:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of California
• Experience providing OT services in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student body (K-12)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators and families
• Competency in developing and implementing IEP goals
• Availability to work onsite throughout the duration of the contract

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing students functional abilities and developing tailored treatment plans
• Providing direct occupational therapy interventions to help students achieve academic and functional goals
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and federal standards
• Consulting with teaching staff and families to integrate therapeutic strategies within the classroom
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions
