Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapy (OT) License required
  • Background in school-based OT services strongly preferred
  • Current credentials and certifications as required by California guidelines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Previous school caseload experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to students, working individually and in groups as needed
  • Assess students functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to educational goals
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and district requirements
  • Collaborate with special education teams, families, and other professionals to support student success
  • Consult with teachers regarding environmental adaptations and classroom modifications
  • Manage a defined student caseload, performing assessments, IEP participation, and progress monitoring

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
