Qualifications & Credentials:

• Must possess current California Occupational Therapy (OT) Licensure
• Strong knowledge of pediatric and school-based OT practices
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Credentials, certifications, and background clearances as required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students on caseload
• Assess students needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families in developing and implementing interventions
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as an advocate for students functional needs
• Work with a varied student population (details on age groups and caseload to be shared upon interview)
