Qualifications & Credentials:
- Must possess current California Occupational Therapy (OT) Licensure
- Strong knowledge of pediatric and school-based OT practices
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Credentials, certifications, and background clearances as required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students on caseload
- Assess students needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families in developing and implementing interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as an advocate for students functional needs
- Work with a varied student population (details on age groups and caseload to be shared upon interview)
