Qualifications & Certifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapy (OT) licensure required
- Relevant OT credentials/certifications for a school setting
- Experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students needs, strengths, and developmental areas
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, compliance, and reporting
- Support students in developing skills to participate fully in school activities
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and staff to optimize student care
