Desired Qualifications:
- Current and active Occupational Therapist license in California (required)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to assess and implement individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Understanding of IEP processes and documentation standards
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for students requiring occupational therapy services
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support each students educational progress
- Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Educate and provide resources to teachers and families to reinforce therapy goals in classroom and home settings
