Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active Occupational Therapist license in California (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to assess and implement individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation standards

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for students requiring occupational therapy services
• Provide both direct and consultative therapy in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support each students educational progress
• Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Educate and provide resources to teachers and families to reinforce therapy goals in classroom and home settings
