Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for adapting to diverse student needs and abilities

Your Role & Duties:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that foster independence and academic achievement
  • Work closely with other professionals to integrate OT strategies into classroom activities
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state protocols
  • Educate teachers, families, and staff on best practices for supporting student wellness and participation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights to shape students' learning environments
