Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold an active California Occupational Therapy (OT) license
- Experience supporting children and youth in educational environments is preferred
- Ability to adapt practices to a diverse student population
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Committed to fostering students independence and overall well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
- Support students across various grade levels, as assigned
