An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide specialized therapy services within a school setting in Fontana, CA. This contract position involves delivering occupational therapy to school-aged children, supporting their developmental and educational goals. The role requires a dedicated professional with a valid California OT license and a commitment to enhancing student outcomes through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure required
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based occupational therapy practices and educational team collaboration

Location: Fontana, California

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Manage a caseload of students requiring occupational therapy services

Position Details:

• Contract role with 37.5 hours per week
• Five days per week schedule
