Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as an OT or COTA in California
- Background in school-based occupational therapy; experience with pediatric populations is a plus
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: healthcare settings, home health OT, teletherapy, or school environments
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable adapting to evolving needs as more program details are finalized
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with established goals and individualized plans
- Assess, document, and adapt interventions as needed to help students achieve maximum independence and participation in school routines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive, supportive environment
- May involve teletherapy or in-person visits, depending on student needs and program requirements
- Utilize your clinical knowledge to contribute to a positive educational experience for each student
