This contract-to-hire position offers a stable, full-time schedule40 hours each week across five daysworking directly with approximately 45 students to support their individual learning and developmental needs.

Qualified candidates should bring a passion for working across school, healthcare, home health, and teletherapy settings, along with the following:

Qualifications & Credentials:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AZ OT license in good standing

Desired Skills:

• Experience with K-12 student populations
• Proficiency or interest in teletherapy and in-person service delivery models
• Ability to manage varied caseloads and collaborate within interdisciplinary school teams
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapies tailored to each students needs
• Work closely with educators, families, and other therapy professionals to enhance student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing progress updates
• Engage in both direct and consultative services, adapting interventions for in-person, home, and virtual formats
