A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available to support students from Pre-K through 5th grade in an elementary school setting in Flint, MI. This role offers the chance to work directly with young learners, facilitating their development and promoting their success in the classroom. The position runs through the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services tailored to the developmental needs of Pre-K to 5th grade students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Michigan is required.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly Pre-K through 5th grade.
• Ability to work effectively within a school environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work Schedule and Location:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• In-person role based in Flint, MI.
• Contract position through the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.
