Job Description
Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students from Pre-K through 5th grade in an elementary school setting. This in-person role operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, covering the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year. The position is located in Flint, MI, within a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in Pre-K to 5th grade
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess student needs and design therapy interventions to enhance fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills
- Monitor and document student progress and adapt therapy strategies as required
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a valid Michigan Occupational Therapy License
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly Pre-K through 5th grade
- Strong knowledge of school-based occupational therapy practices
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
