Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Washington (WA)
- Current Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, develop and implement therapy interventions, and participate in IEPs for K-12 students
- Manage a full schedule of 37.5 hours per week, serving between 900950 direct service minutes weekly
- Travel between 45 schools in the area, supporting both elementary and secondary students based on caseload needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
