What were looking for:
Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting
Ability to evaluate and implement individualized therapy plans
Skilled in documentation and progress monitoring
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
Creative, flexible, and enthusiastic about fostering student growth
Ability to manage caseload and adapt to changing school needs
What youll do:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services
Facilitate activities and interventions to support fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to integrate OT strategies within the classroom
Engage families in understanding and supporting therapy goals
Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
Contribute to IEP meetings and provide professional input to support student success
