Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in New York State
  • Previous experience in school-based settings, grades K-3 preferred
  • Background in OT healthcare, home health, or teletherapy a plus
  • Strong collaborative skills with educators, support staff, and families
  • Ability to develop customized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organization abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to a K-3 caseload as outlined in Individualized Education Plans
  • Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and goal setting for student support
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members to integrate occupational therapy into daily routines
  • Deliver a combination of in-person and teletherapy services as required
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with regulations

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.36 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
