Job Description

A dynamic travel opportunity is available for a credentialed Occupational Therapist to serve school-aged children in the Fairfield, CA area. This position supports students ranging from 5 to 22 years old within a school setting and offers the potential for a full-time or 0.8 FTE workload, starting August 13, 2025, through June 10, 2026, with options for Extended School Year (ESY) services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services primarily through teletherapy and in-school settings.
  • Conduct individualized assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to students unique needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students educational goals.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to district policies and timelines.
  • Participate in required onboarding, including fingerprint clearance and training sessions conducted virtually.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapy license is mandatory.
  • Experience working in school-based settings with a diverse student age range (522 years).
  • Ability to deliver effective teletherapy services alongside traditional school-based therapy.
  • Strong communication skills and capacity to engage with students, parents, and educational staff.
  • Flexibility to travel within the designated school district area.

Additional Details:
