Job Description

This onsite, full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, fostering growth and development from now through late May 2027. Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Valid California OT licensure required
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt activities to suit students individual needs
  • Committed to evidence-based and student-centered practices

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students based on IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on accommodations and modifications
  • Offer training and resources to staff and caregivers as needed
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to promote student independence
