Qualifications:

• Masters degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience delivering occupational therapy services in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
• Skilled in evaluating students and developing individualized treatment plans
• Ability to work independently and manage a school-based caseload

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students needs and develop individualized goals
• Deliver direct therapy to students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support plans
• Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote accessibility and inclusion
