Job Description

This rewarding contract opportunity, with the flexibility of .8 to 1.0 FTE, offers you the chance to support a diverse caseload of students aged 522, including options for Extended School Year (ESY). Teletherapy options are available alongside on-site roles, giving you the versatility to tailor your schedule and approach.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • Experience in school-based OT services or pediatric settings
  • Comfortable working with K12 students, including those with diverse abilities/needs
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Teletherapy or hybrid delivery experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to meet individual IEP goals across multiple campuses
  • Assess student needs, create effective intervention plans, and track/document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, other service providers, and families to ensure holistic student support
  • Attend IEP meetings (virtually or in person as needed)
  • Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment
