Job Description

This contract opportunity spans the full school year, engaging students ages 5 to 22 in both traditional and teletherapy environments. Whether you're interested in an 0.8 or potential 1.0 FTE role, you'll help students reach their greatest potential while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

What you bring:

  • Current California Occupational Therapist license
  • Experience in school-based occupational therapy, including direct and virtual service delivery
  • Ability to support a diverse student caseload, adapting interventions for various ages and abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnerships with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Credentialed as required by California state guidelines

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students across assigned school sitesonsite and via teletherapy as needed
  • Conduct assessments, develop customized goals, and create treatment plans to foster student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and support compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student planning
  • Engage in ongoing communication with educators and families to ensure continuity of care

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
